A series that takes participants through an entire growing season of on-farm learning. Boost your knowledge of plant health, soil biology and learn practices and techniques for robust and regenerative farming.

How are your farming practices affecting soil and plant health throughout the seasons? 

Join us at the farm of Bionutrient Food Association founder, Dan Kittredge, in North Brookfield MA for a series of 4 full day workshops to walk through the practices he uses to maintain a thriving ecological system each season.

Throughout each day we will learn more about:

  • Principles of soil health, including biological, physical and chemical properties

  • In season management of annual and perennial systems

  • Production techniques that build soil health and protect plant health

  • Practices of assessing plant health throughout the season

9:00 am -  Welcome

9:30 am -   Facilitated conversation of topics

10:30 am - Practices in Practice

12:00 pm - Potluck Lunch*

1:00 pm -   Farm Tour, multiple stops

5:00 pm - Wrap Up

*In order to keep this event affordable for our participants, lunch will be potluck-style. Participants are required to bring a food dish to contribute, their own utensils, and a list of ingredients used (to accommodate those with food sensitivities).
