03/2022 : Spring ‘22
As we collectively anticipate the Spring Equinox, plans crystallized over the winter months are sprouting new growth. These are exciting times, and we feel the potential to accomplish so much this year, and we'd like to include you.
12/2021 : Nutrient Variation
Last summer, we released a report detailing nutrient variation in the food supply. We tested 3,662 samples of twenty-one different crops; three types of roots, eight leafy greens, eight fruits (and vegetables), and two grains.
